Babel translates documents you upload while preserving their formatting, and provides related features such as document management, bilingual output, and API access. We may improve, add, or remove features over time.

2. Accounts

• You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

3. Your Content

You retain all rights to the documents you upload and the translations generated from them. You grant us a limited license to process your documents solely to provide the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to upload and translate the documents you submit.

4. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to process content you have no right to use.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

5. Plans and Payment

Some features require a paid plan. Prices, included usage, and billing terms are described on our pricing page. Paid plans renew automatically unless cancelled. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

6. Translation Quality

Translations are generated by AI systems. While we work to make them accurate and format-faithful, we do not guarantee that translations are error-free or suitable for any particular purpose. For legally binding or safety-critical documents, we recommend review by a qualified professional.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by LUNARTECH and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks or other brand elements.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data after a reasonable period.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LUNARTECH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
